Buffalo Creek Lodge is one of our secluded homes. It is located on over 60 acres in the Texas Hill Country and surrounded by large Oak trees. You are right in the heart of the Frio Canyon. There is only one other cabin (Hidden Creek Cabin) on this property and it is not visible from this house. Wildlife can be readily seen from the front porch. Buffalo Creek runs behind this house and the Rio Frio River Crossing is within walking distance where, as reported in Southern Living, “you will experience one of the best tube trips in the South.” You can also use the River Terrace and Original Six (great for small kids) river frontage while staying at this house.
